Our story

From Kahramanmaraş.

Maraş ice cream, pistachio baklava and a slice of cake with coffee. MadoWest brings these parts of the Turkish dessert counter together in one wholesale catalog.

The MADO story

MADO traces its ice-cream-making heritage to 1850. Yaşar Pastanesi opened in 1980, and the MADO chain followed in 1991. The brand grew from Kahramanmaraş, the Turkish city associated with the dense texture and distinctive serving style of Maraş ice cream.

MADO describes goat milk, salep and the craft of churning as central to that tradition. Its range today also includes baklava, savory pastries and cakes.

The wholesale range

Choose individually packed ice cream for a market freezer, larger packs for portioning, or baklava and börek for a café menu. Four whole cheesecakes and five individual cakes round out the catalog.

Each product page shows its pack size and case information. Add the products you want, adjust the number of cases, and include your delivery city and timing in your inquiry.
